Orders to executed according to CMR and FENEX regulations.

All our transactions and these Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. All disputes arising from the order or these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the District Court Roermond (NL). Where our Terms & Conditions are deposited at the registry of the District Court Limburg seated in Roermond (NL).

Please notify immediately of any delay, accident, claim of other problem during the course of the contact.

Send CMR/POD documents signed by the receiver in PDF, delivery notes and any other related documents within 5 days of offloading via email to invoice@serpentilogistics.eu

Payment terms 45 days from the receipt of carriers invoice, plus the signed original CMR and any other proof of transportation as subject to CMR conditions.

In case of pallet exchange. Europallets have to be returned in max. 14 days. If not we will invoice €12,50 p/p + €15,00 administration costs. To deliver with POD of original customers pallet exchange statement.

When written instruction of a neutral loading is not respected. We invoice a penalty of €150,00.

Any other unjustified delay or cancellation may result in changes to be paid by the undersigned carrier, by accepting this transportorder as described above, carrier hereby affirms that it has the means, both human and material, to effectuate said transport without violating any laws including, without exception, any laws of the European community.

Entry into force of Minimum wage act of 01 January 2015.

By accepting this transport order secure to us as your authority, to 01.01.2015 to reward your employees with effect at least the statutory minimum wage payable in the amount of €8,50 gross per hour.

We consider customer protection as part of the agreement. We apply the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). It is striktly forbidden to contact our clients within 24 months, this fine can amount to a damages clause of € 25.000,00.
